Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Donations & Payments

All donations made to CanineZone NGO are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Transaction – If you accidentally make multiple donations for the same cause.

  • Transaction Error – If an incorrect amount is deducted due to a technical issue.

2. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to the reasons mentioned above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Event or Program Cancellation

  • If CanineZone cancels an event or program for which donations were collected, we may offer refunds or adjust the donation for a future event.

  • Donor-initiated withdrawals will not be eligible for a refund.
